We provide a 30-day unconditional guarantee on all our products.

We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 30-days from the order date, and we will send you a replacement for any defective or damaged item.

Please contact us at and provide the following details listed below. 

Please include: 

1)  Details of the Product (Name, Size, SKU) 

2)  Order Date 

3)  PO/Invoice number 

4)  Description of the defect/damage 

5)  Picture(s) of the damage 


To cancel an item or your order

Please call 720-491-7828 or send an email to and provide

  • the order number and
  • the items you would like to cancel. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel and refund the items. 

If your order has shipped, please see below for “Change of Mind Return”.


Change of mind return

1)             Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt, but you will be responsible for shipping the items back to Wondrous World.

2)             Please contact us so that a representative can authorize your return, send your RMA# with return instructions.

3)             We may not be able to refund a return if it does not have an RMA#.

1)              Once your return has arrived, we will issue you a refund to the credit card/account used at the time of purchase.

If at any time, you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best resolution.


Missing an item

If you ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate boxes or shipments. We will provide your tracking information as soon as it is available. You can view all the tracking numbers in your shipment on the respective courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and might arrive on different days.

If you are missing an item after checking the tracking, please email and provide your order number and what item is missing! We’ll do our best to track it down or send a replacement.


Received the Wrong Item

Please email to providing your order number, what you received and what product/s you ordered. We will ensure that you receive the correct product and pay to have the wrong product returned, but it needs to have an RMA# associated with it.



At present, we can only ship within the US due to restrictions on some products to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
