These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for wondrousworld.org, its online store, and related content and services operated by Wondrous World Holdings Inc., known publicly as Wondrous World. In these Terms, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to that company.
Please read these Terms before purchasing. Our Shipping and Returns policy sets out fulfillment and return rules. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Medical Disclaimer explains the limits of educational and product-related information.
Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this minimum age and are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You must also have any permission or legal authority required where you live.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use the website only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, impersonate another person, scrape or exploit site content, or use the services in a fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful manner.

The website and its text, design, photographs, illustrations, graphics, video, audio, product names, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Wondrous World and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license or ownership right is granted.
Except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant license, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Customer Reviews and Testimonials
We welcome honest accounts of your experience with our products. You may submit a written review or testimonial through our store. Please speak from your own experience and share only material you have the right to submit. Do not include another person’s private information or details you would not want made public.
You retain ownership of your submission. By submitting it for publication, you give Wondrous World nonexclusive permission to display it with your chosen display name on our website. Any reuse beyond that permission requires a separate basis or permission. We will not change your meaning or require a positive review.
We may withhold or remove spam, unlawful material, content that infringes another person’s rights, or material that exposes private information. We do not reject a review simply because it is critical. Tell us about any free product, payment, or other benefit connected with your review so that an appropriate disclosure can accompany it.
Educational and Product Information
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent products accurately, but packaging, appearance, and other nonmaterial details may change. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may modify or discontinue products or services subject to applicable law.
Orders Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping charges are calculated by weight. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout are shown before you complete your purchase. Please review your order and the displayed charges before submitting payment. For international orders, import duties and taxes are your responsibility; amounts not collected at checkout may be collected by the carrier or customs authority.
Each order is a one-time purchase, charged when the order is placed. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subject to applicable law, we may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order because of product availability, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, a payment problem, or a shipping restriction.
We will contact you before making a material change to a submitted order, including a price increase or product substitution. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amounts paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that must be returned, using the original payment method and within the time required by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order ships by contacting support@wondrousworld.org. Please include your order number so we can check its status. Once an order has shipped, an ordinary pre-shipment cancellation is no longer available; please see Shipping and Returns. This does not limit a cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy that applicable law provides.
Shipping and International Orders
We ship throughout the United States and to supported international destinations. We do our best to prepare and ship orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Our Shipping and Returns policy explains the processing calendar, destinations, tracking and delivery support.
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by law. A delivery estimate does not remove those rights.
International availability depends on destination and product restrictions. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing. Please contact us before ordering if a charge or restriction is unclear. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
Returns Refunds and Product Problems
Our Shipping and Returns policy in effect when you place your order forms part of these Terms. For an ordinary return, request authorization within 30 days of confirmed delivery and keep the product packaging unopened. Send the authorized return within 5 business days after we issue the RMA. Please contact support@wondrousworld.org before sending anything back.
That policy explains return-postage responsibility, refund timing, original shipping charges and remedies for delivery problems. Ordinary returns are handled by refund and, if you choose, a separate new order. Replacements for lost or damaged shipments are handled separately under Shipping and Returns.
The ordinary return conditions do not exclude remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods, or any applicable withdrawal right. Please report delivery or product problems as described in Shipping and Returns. If a problem becomes apparent later, contact us then; the requested reporting period does not shorten a statutory claim period.
Promotions Credits and Gift Features
If we introduce promotions, gift cards, or credit programs, the terms provided with each offer or program will explain eligibility, how it can be used, and any applicable conditions. Those terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Third Party Services and Links
The website may link to independent third-party websites or use providers for functions such as payments and shipping. Their services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites, but using a provider does not remove Wondrous World’s obligations to you under the purchase agreement or applicable law.
Contact forms and optional newsletter subscriptions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry or placing an order does not itself subscribe you to the newsletter. You may unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or contact support@wondrousworld.org. Necessary order and service messages may continue.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general site content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation. This does not exclude an express product commitment, an applicable implied warranty or consumer guarantee, or another right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wondrous World will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. This clause does not limit remedies for goods, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or liability for death, personal injury, or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. This choice of law does not deprive you of rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, operations, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek renewed agreement where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not change an existing purchase agreement without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the incorporated policies constitute the agreement governing the matters they address, subject to any additional terms expressly presented for a particular service.
