Please be aware that when you order products from our site, the charge will appear as Wondrous World on your debit/credit card.

In-stock orders normally ship within 1 business day of placing your order. If you are unsure, please call us at 720-491-7828. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when you place your order online. We follow the “Business Guide to the Mail, Internet and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” published by the Federal Trade Commission. If you prefer to be charged when your order ships, please call us before ordering, and we can make arrangements to manually process the transaction for you.

 If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by calling us at 720-491-7828. If your item has already shipped, please refer to the RETURN POLICY. We will endeavor to do everything possible to work with you within the guidelines of what has already transpired.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold. We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days after you receive the order, as long as, it is in its original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). If a returned order has packaging, manuals, accessories, or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

We rely on the information you provide through www.wondrousworld.org, including registration information, payment information, and transaction-related information, which must be accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information.

 

RETURN POLICY

We provide a 30-day unconditional guarantee on all our products.

 

We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 30-days from the order date, and we will send you a replacement for any defective or damaged item.

 

Please contact us at support@wondrousworld.org and provide the following details listed below.

 

Please include:

 

  1. Details of the Product (Name, Size, SKU) 
  2. Order Date
  3. PO/Invoice number
  4. Description of the defect/damage 
  5. Picture(s) of the damage 

 

To cancel an item or your order

Please send an email to support@wondrousworld.org and provide

  • your order number and
  • the items you would like to cancel. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel and refund the items. 

 

If your order has shipped, please see below for “Change of Mind Return”.

 

Change of Mind Return

1.      Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt, but you will be responsible for shipping the items back to Wondrous World.

2.      Please contact us so that a representative can authorize your return, send your RMA# with return instructions.

3.      We may not be able to refund a return if it does not have an RMA#.

4.      Once your return has arrived, we will issue you a refund to the credit card/account used at the time of purchase.

 

If at any time, you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best resolution.

 

Missing an Item

If you ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate boxes or shipments. We will provide your tracking information as soon as it is available. You can view all the tracking numbers in your shipment on the respective courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and might arrive on different days.

If you are missing an item after checking the tracking, please email support@wondrousworld.org and provide your order number and what item is missing! We’ll do our best to track it down or send a replacement.

Received the Wrong Item

OOPs sorry! Please email to support@wondrousworld.org providing your order number, what you received and what product/s you ordered. We will ensure that you receive the correct product and pay to have the wrong product returned, but it needs to have an RMA# associated with it.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

Simply email us and tell us what is wrong and we’ll take care of you. Please note, there are some items are not eligible for return. See our POLICY  for full details and call us 720-491-7828 if you'd need further clarification.
