Directions for Use
- Week 1: Take 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.
- Week 2: Increase to 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. Once you have been taking WG for 1 or more weeks, keep increasing the number of capsules to 4–8 capsules daily, depending on your health condition, for 90-days.
